Greetings, all.
The next build of YAAC is available. Existing installations can be upgraded using the usual
built-in upgrade mechanism, or new installs can be downloaded from the usual places:
http://www.ka2ddo.org/ka2ddo/YAAC.html
http://sourceforge.net/projects/yetanotheraprsc
Changes and updates include:
1. Support for receiving Base-91 telemetry in position messages.
2. Fix retransmissions for locally created Objects and Items.
3. Add support for timeslotted transmissions to RF.
4. General performance improvements.
Also, a new plugin for YAAC has been developed, which allows monitoring selected telemetry
data from selected stations, and raising alarms by e-mail and/or SMS text when values
exceed user-specified limits. To get it, download the telemetryalarmplugin.zip file from
either of the websites, and put the .jar files in the zip file into the YAAC/plugins directory.
The next time you start YAAC, a new menu choice will appear on the View menu, specifying
Telemetry Alarms. From there, you can configure which stations to monitor and what
analog and/or digital values should trigger alarms, and how those alarms should be
reported.
Enjoy!
